About Tanvi Kiran
As a professional writer, dancer, and artist, language has been the subject of my deep and sustained fascination and passion for as long as I can remember. My relationship with English goes back to my early schooling years, and my BA in English only helped me strengthen and build myself through the language. I'm now determined to help others feel comfortable and confident in reading, writing, and communicating in English because of all the possibilities it opens up for you personally and socially!

I believe languages (especially English) are best learned through frequent communication and engagement with media in that language. Reading books, watching movies, listening to songs or podcasts, and building your own individual language use patterns is how I encourage the process! Although my classes are intended for middle-schoolers, I am more than happy to teach college students or working folks. I like to exercise patience, experimentation, and free communication in ensuring English-language learning.
