About Tod

Hello, my name is Tod Brown—yes, spelled with one “d.” I like to joke that my parents ran out of ink before they finished my name.

I specialize in helping individuals communicate with clarity, confidence, and composure. With a background in psychology, counseling, and conflict resolution, along with over 10 years of leadership and public speaking experience, I’ve worked with individuals and groups in both one-on-one and high-pressure environments.

My style is calm, practical, and focused on real-world results. I aim to create a supportive environment where you can think clearly, organize your ideas, and communicate with confidence.

About the lesson

My approach is structured, practical, and tailored to you. Whether you’re preparing for a presentation, interview, or important conversation, we focus on helping you organize your thoughts, reduce anxiety, and communicate clearly in real-life situations.

A typical session includes identifying your specific challenge, breaking it into simple steps, and practicing real scenarios so you can apply what you learn immediately. We build confidence through clarity, repetition, and practical strategies that work outside of sessions.

I bring experience in public speaking, coaching, and conflict resolution, along with training in psychology and communication. My focus is not just on what to say, but how to think, respond, and perform with confidence when it matters most.

Perfect! Todd was wonderful! He has a genuine way of putting you at ease right away, and it was easy to see that he is a very experienced public speaker. I have a class assignment coming up that will count toward a large part of my overall grade, and to put it straight, public speaking SCARES me! Todd THANK YOU for working with me and for all of your help. Im not going to lie, im still nervous to get up in front of others, but with your help no one in the audience will know :-) !!!
