About Hlengiwe
I did hospitality studies in high school, I’ve worked as a chef, waitress and bartender. I’ve been an assistant chef for a few formal occasions. I completed a baking course where I made simple foods such as rolls and bread to more complex dishes like glazed and/or naked cakes.

I start off with making sure my student understands fully and can explain the basics as well as perform them practically. I have no problem going back to things the student may be struggling to comprehend that was I know they are comfortable with the content. I am usually very relaxed, patient and I try my hardest to motivate my students.
