About Padmaja
I have always loved working with children, and I have always received compliments that they feel comfortable and at ease with me. I can use that to my advantage and establish a teaching environment where students are relaxed and calm and don't feel overwhelmed with studies. I know that many students feel stressed or confused while studying, but I aim to become the teacher who makes learning easy and enjoyable. I will conduct fun activities that are related to the topic I am teaching, reinforce their work, and encourage them to do better with each mistake they make. I make myself approachable and friendly so that students don't feel scared or hesitant to show some curiosity. With the right guidance, learning can be exciting, and I strive to make my classes a positive experience for every student.

My approach for teaching is going to be very student-centered and concept-based. I would aim to make the students understand a topic instead of just memorizing it. My teaching methods would be: Clear explanation of the concepts using simple and easy language, and encouraging students to ask questions and clear doubts freely. The typical structure of the class would be: Brief revision of the previously discussed topic, explaining topics with examples and practice questions, clearing doubts and summarizing the entire teaching at the end of the class. I perceive myself to be a patient and friendly teacher with a target to build strong basics, and I like to go according to the pace of the student's understanding of the student. I will also conduct tests and quiz sessions for perfect exam preparation. I would like to teach school children. I am comfortable teaching students from LKG to class 10.
