About Taniya piumi perera
I am a psychology student with previous education background in sciences. Biology, chemistry and physics at GCSE level. Not only tutoring but I aim to have extra 10mins for mentoring whether it is to support and motivate the student or for the student to discuss anything else.

My main teaching approach would be the cone methodology. It covers a lot and is in a pyramidal order, which benefits the students as it helps the student develop their academic skills and knowledge, so they can use it in a future.
Discussions, debates, presentations to understand if the student has understood rather than tests that might not help the student.
