About Rohan

Hi, I’m Rohan— a psychology student with a deep interest in how people think, learn, and grow. I’ve always been curious about how we make sense of the world, and that curiosity naturally led me to tutoring. During high school, I often helped my classmates understand challenging topics, and I found real joy in seeing their confidence grow. That experience showed me the value of patient, personalized support, especially for younger students who are still building their foundation. I take pride in being reliable, well-prepared, and genuinely invested in each student’s progress. My goal is not only to help students succeed academically, but also to show them that they’re capable of more than they think.

About the lesson

Rohan – Supportive Tutor for Students of All Ages

I’m a psychology student and experienced tutor who’s passionate about helping students—especially those in Year 10 and below—build confidence and master their subjects. I graduated from Perth Modern School with a 99+ ATAR, and I’ve been tutoring students of all ages ever since.

My approach to teaching is empathetic, patient, and tailored to each student’s needs. I believe that learning should feel safe and achievable, so I take time to understand how each student learns best. I break down tricky concepts in simple, logical steps and help students develop strategies they can apply across subjects. Whether a student needs help catching up, staying motivated, or building study skills, I aim to support them in a way that builds both confidence and independence.

I’m happy to help students complete their homework, and I can also assign extra practice or custom quizzes to sharpen their skills. I’m also happy to mark work and give feedback, so students can track their progress clearly.

Lessons are flexible and can range from 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on what works best. My sessions are ideal for primary and early high school students, whether they need academic support, exam preparation, or a boost in confidence. I’m here to help them thrive.
