About Aarya

I am a BA Psychology Honors student with certifications from the World Health Organization and Fortis Healthcare, with five years of study in psychology. I’m passionate about clinical and neuropsychology and am currently working on a research paper. I have also worked with prominent organizations in the field. Additionally, I developed a suicide prevention campaign, applying my skills to real-world issues. I teach school students and offer introductory psychology lessons for college beginners, focusing on building understanding from the ground up and emphasizing core mechanisms. My goal is to help students link theory to practical applications, making psychology accessible and impactful.

About the lesson

My teaching approach places importance on understanding concepts from the ground up, focusing on the core mechanisms and principles behind each concept. By doing so, students not only learn but also connect theory to real-world observations. A strong foundation in these concepts will improve your ability to ideate and apply psychological concepts practically. This method imparts a clearer and more lasting understanding, enabling students to see how psychology operates in everyday life, from individual behaviors to broader societal patterns.

Aarya has been an inspiration to me. She helped me with my psychology when I was in 12th grade. she interprets complex topics into basic, easy to understand concepts which helped me understand everything clearly. She always found a way for me to relate it with something around me.
