About Danielle
I have wanted to be a teacher for as long as I can remember, and find my role as a classroom teacher extremely rewarding. However, I also really enjoy one on one tutoring and getting to see students' bloom as a result of my quality, personalised teaching. In fact, past students have told me I have a way of explaining complicated concepts in a way that "just makes sense and helps me understand".
I offer a free first lesson, allowing me to get to know you, your interests and individual needs. This ensures my lessons are tailored to you, encompassing your interests to promote deeper understanding while making lessons more enjoyable.

My lessons are built on the following 2 rules and 3 promises;
1. ALWAYS ASK QUESTIONS - let me know when you don't understand something and never be afraid to ask why. Following this rule allows me to fill any gaps in your knowledge while extending your understanding to a greater depth. Furthermore, your scientific enquiry skills will become more developed, paving the way for competency in critical and analytical thinking.
2. NEVER BE AFRAID TO GET IT WRONG - getting something wrong does not mean failure, it means you are one step closer to understanding the problem more fully. I believe my role is to support you in finding this understanding and help you fully comprehend any problem that comes your way.
