About Jonathan
I am a Psychology Graduate, and a Certified Addiction Counsellor. I currently work as a Counsellor at Twin Rivers Rehab. My passion to help others transpired when I was able to finally help myself, through learning the hard way through life. My life and state of mind altered through a moment of clarity, which ensued a ever continuing journey of enlightenment, recovery and self-development.

I have experience to share and give relating to how I was able to transform my life from living in a state of overwhelming depression and anxiety- as well as addiction, to a life and state of mind where everyday is seen and lived as an exciting challenge and new adventure.
