About Shaina
I understand the pressure that comes with not understanding something in school and how that can sometimes make students feel ashamed or stupid. This is a judgment-free zone - no question is too basic to answer, and if you want me to repeat myself 1000 times I will do it no problem. I know what it’s like to feel that sort of shame and hesitation and how it can impact how you do in school, so this is the place to ask every question you’ve been afraid to ask.

I’ve been tutoring and teaching on and off for years, and most recently worked as a mental health therapist, helping patients (including kids, teens, and young adults) learn coping skills.
