About Ara
I am a psychologist, but above all a person. I have always had a marked interest in social work, I have visited more than 7 countries doing accompaniment or therapeutic support, including palliative care. I lived several years in Asia, which allowed me to deepen in oriental practices of yoga and meditation that I try to integrate in my way of doing therapy.

I try to maintain a multidisciplinary approach, although my orientation is above all humanistic. I seek to use different tools and adapt them to the case, always assuming that each person is a world and has their own path of self-realization to discover. I use my experience in yoga and meditation to cultivate presence, a base element in my therapeutic processes.
