About Shrividya
A psychologist by profession and a tutor by heart.
I did my schooling at The Jain International School, Chhattisgarh.
Studied BA triple majors in Psychology, Journalism, and Optional English (2015-2018). Furthermore, M.Sc in Psychology specialized in Clinical Psychology from Bangalore University (2018-2020).
As a tutor, I believe teaching is a two-way process where a teacher can learn as well. By getting into a tutor-tutee relationship we can also provide each other with valuable interpersonal, communication, and listening skills.
People say I am warm, accessible, enthusiastic, and caring. I will try my level best to do my job and make this a better place for your learning experience. Every learner is different and unique, you have the right to learn more and more, share your thoughts, and be you without being judged. Your efforts will be encouraged, achievements will be celebrated, and will be given 2nd, 3rd, and 4th chances as well.
Learning is easy, we just need to understand the way of learning that we enjoy :)
I have done several internships for clinical experience in KIMS Hospital, Bubbles Centre for Autism, Karnataka Rehabilitation Centre, and ASHA Academy for Severe Handicaps and Autism, Bangalore.

To present topics and theories in a way to impart deeper knowledge, develop understanding and skills, and associate this with reading and writing down important points for later reference.
Will have PowerPoint presentations for certain topics which demand the same.
As a tutor, I would be assigning small homework if required and document the progress for motivation.
Will engage in lesson planning according to the tutee's/learner's level of understanding.
I am a patient person and take things slowly when it comes to teaching & learning as one should really understand and practice the knowledge being imparted.
