About Monica

Hi, I'm Monica! I'm originally from Ecuador, and I've been living in Argentina since 2019. I'm passionate about exploring new cultures, and every time I travel, I make it a point to connect with locals to truly experience their way of life. As a psychologist and art therapist, I strongly believe in the power of art therapy techniques in education and daily life. Creativity and self-expression can be transformative tools for learning and personal growth. My classes are inclusive and welcoming to all genders and nationalities. I have experience in education, group management, and working with organizations in the U.S., which has helped me develop a global perspective. I love teaching, meeting new people, and creating a comfortable space where students can learn with confidence. My patience and ability to make people feel at ease allow for open discussions on a wide range of topics. Looking forward to learning together!

About the lesson

Do you want to learn Spanish in a creative, engaging, and meaningful way? Not just memorizing words, but actually feeling and experiencing the language? I give personalized attention to different group members and diversity. For Kids: Interactive storytelling, drawing exercises, role-playing, and songs. For Adults: Conversational Spanish with psychology-based learning strategies to reduce language anxiety. For Travelers & Culture Lovers: Spanish with cultural immersion—slang, traditions, and travel tips. With interesting reading material, questions and answers and of course conversation I make lessons more comfortable. In all the lessons will be Art Therapy techniques so we can explore learning in different and meaningful ways.
