Hi, I’m Luna! I’m passionate about helping people create positive, lasting change in their lives. With a BSc in Psychology and as an MSc Coaching Psychology student, I combine evidence-based coaching techniques with a holistic approach to support you in reaching your goals—whether that’s improving well-being, building confidence, or finding balance in your personal and professional life. My coaching style is empathetic, collaborative, and results-focused. I believe that everyone has the potential to grow, and my role is to guide and empower you in that process. You won’t find one-size-fits-all advice here—each session is tailored to you and your unique journey. As I complete my MSc, I’m offering sessions at a discounted rate, making this a great opportunity to experience professional coaching at an affordable price. My coaching sessions take a holistic approach, meaning we’ll look at all areas of your life—mindset, habits, well-being, and personal goals—to create sustainable change. I tailor each session to your individual needs, helping you gain clarity, build confidence, and take meaningful action towards your goals. What to Expect: Personalised Support – We’ll explore where you are now, where you want to be, and what’s holding you back. Evidence-Based Techniques – I incorporate psychological theories and coaching models (e.g., GROW, CBC, MI) to create structured yet flexible sessions. A Judgement-Free Space – My goal is to empower, not pressure. Coaching is about collaboration, and we’ll work at a pace that suits you. Session Details: Length: 40-60 minutes per session Qualifications: BSc in Psychology, currently completing an MSc in Coaching Psychology Who It’s For: Anyone (18+) looking for guidance in personal development, health and well-being, motivation, or work-life balance While I complete my MSc, my sessions are available at a discounted rate—so this is a great opportunity to receive quality coaching at an affordable price!
