About Muhsin

I have been tutoring for 2 years, and have primarily focused on 11+, 13+, GCSE and A-Level to date. Being a student myself, I would like to think my strongest suit is that I understand where students may be confused, and so can explain typical misconceptions in a logical manner. I would describe myself as an amicable, friendly and understanding tutor who has the sole aim of ensuring that my tutees can fulfil their potential, and perform to the best of their ability.

About the lesson

I am currently a Year 13 A-Level Student at St Paul's School studying Maths, Further Maths, Chemistry and Economics, and have a conditional offer to study Economics and Management at the University of Oxford. With respect to grades achieved, I achieved 12 Level 9s (ranking in the top 121 students nationally) at Sutton Grammar School, Predicted Grades of 4 A* at A-Levels and an A* (full marks) in my Economics EPQ.

With A-Levels out of the way, I am interested in expanding my tutoring services to 11+, 13+ and GCSE clients in Maths, Science and English, and A-Level clients in Maths, Economics and Further Maths. I have previous experience with tutoring at all of these levels of education, and also undertook the 11+ and 13+ exams myself. Current clients have improved to a Level 9 standard at GCSE level, and have gained successful entry into leading grammar schools.

I would highly recommend Muhsin as a tutor. He is very organised and this come through in the lessons he gives. Muhsin explains topics very clearly, making it easy for my son to understand. My son is currently in year 7 and is thriving in school thanks to the support we have received.
