About Lara
I have 12 years of teaching experience and hold a Master’s Degree in Software Systems. My passion for programming began with a fascination for technology and digital innovation. Over time, I developed a strong interest in helping others learn how to code effectively.
My teaching style focuses on practical application and personalised support. I enjoy adapting lessons to suit different learning styles and helping students develop confidence through active participation. Building strong foundations is a key part of my approach.
Outside teaching, I enjoy exploring emerging technologies, software trends, and development projects. Staying engaged with the field helps me provide current and relevant learning experiences. Watching students progress from beginners to confident coders is one of the most rewarding aspects of my work.

My programming lessons focus on helping students understand the logic behind software development. We cover coding fundamentals, algorithms, debugging, data structures, and application development through practical exercises and hands-on learning. Understanding concepts clearly is always more important than memorising code.
Each lesson is tailored to the learner’s current skill level and objectives. Beginners start with foundational programming concepts, while advanced learners work on project development, optimisation, and complex problem-solving techniques. Consistent practice helps students build confidence and independence.
Programming becomes more rewarding when students realise they can create solutions to real-world challenges. I encourage experimentation, creativity, and persistence throughout the learning process. My goal is to help learners become capable programmers who enjoy building and exploring technology.
