About Alejandra
18 years as a chef, 5 as a teacher and I love to travel. Especially to learn about new cultures' food and learn recipes, or visit local shops for the best ingredients. I interned at the famous Blue Hill at Stone Barns in NY and fell in love with sourcing the best ingredients leading to having the best meal!

With professional culinary training from NYC’s International Culinary Center, a background in psychology and education, and years of teaching experience, I bring together how to cook and how people learn—so whether you’re a total beginner or a confident home cook looking to level up, we’ll cook, taste, laugh, learn the “why” behind what we’re doing, and leave you feeling more confident and excited to get back in the kitchen.
