About Katarzyna
Kasia works with young adults who are struggling with being new to the professional role, working under pressure, self-management, workload management, relationships at work and work-life balance. She provides a holistic, collaborative coaching approach taking into consideration clients professional and personal values to achieve balance, peace and integrity in work life. Kasia creates a calm, open and accepting atmosphere for clients to feel listened to and heard. Her work focuses on two aspects: building self-awareness and new perspectives and taking practical steps to make changes in life.
