About Victoria
Hi! I'm Victoria, a Taiwanese-American who has been living in London for the past five years. I studied film in university, and there was where I discovered my love for writing and telling stories. I've always been good at writing, and so it made sense for me to choose a career where I work a lot with words!
I'm currently working in the tech industry designing content for apps and websites. Basically, I look at language structures, come up with communication strategies, and design clear user journeys with clear instructions and explanations.
In my free time, I write a lot of screenplays, and I'm even writing my own video game right now. I speak both English and Mandarin Chinese, but I enjoy learning languages so I'm currently studying Japanese.

I tutored casually in my university days, but I'm pretty confident in my ability to teach. After all, I spend most of my time at my tech job figuring out how to communicate things that are hard to explain in an easy, digestible way!
I believe in personalisation, so I don't have a prescribed methodology or lesson length. Everyone person is different, both in ability level and ways of learning. I'm more interested in what you're looking to improve at, and how you learn. I'll adapt to you!
