About Michelle
Hi, I'm Michelle. I have been in the public health field for over 16 years. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Community Health with a minor in Sociology as well as a Masters in Public Health. I have worked alongside individuals of all ages, races, religions, and educational backgrounds through work committees and personal volunteer activities. While I'm offering to help tutor/assist you in your career development, I'm humble enough to know I don't know everything. I can, however, assure you I will work hard to find solutions needed for any stumbling blocks we encounter through the process.
My availability for tutoring sessions includes most weeknight evenings and weekends.

Majority of my 16+ year career has been spent serving as a supervisor over a team of professionals, which included hiring new staff and guiding existing staff through professional development and career enhancement. Through my experience, I have formed skills that would be ideal to help create resumes and cover letters, work on interview preparation, or enhance other general career development skillsets. This assistance can be utilized by individuals entering the workforce, those interested in advancing their career, or even youth working on college and/or scholarship applications.
My goal as a tutor would be to help you identify key concepts to highlight in your materials based on the application prompts or job description. I would also guide you through the process of building confidence through preparation and practice steps. Each experience would be unique based on the individual goals and desired outcomes.
