Hey there! I’m Shrinkhala — a Salesforce Business Analyst by day, a curious explorer of ideas by night. With 3 years of CRM experience and a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from UIUC, I help businesses untangle complexity and build smart, scalable Salesforce solutions. Whether it’s automating workflows, designing better user experiences, or integrating systems with Apex and MuleSoft — I thrive at the intersection of tech and strategy. From 5 to 9? I’m reading non-fiction (current fave: The Almanack of Naval Ravikant), experimenting with AI tools, sweating it out at the gym (or at least thinking about it), meditating to stay sane, hiking, and catching up with friends over a good meal or a chill weekend plan.
