About Shanti Niketan Academy

Teaching, for me, is not just a profession—it is a responsibility to shape young minds and build a strong foundation for their future.
I believe that every child has the potential to succeed, but not every child gets the right guidance or attention. This is what inspired me to start teaching—so I can make a real difference in a child’s learning journey.
In today’s fast-paced education system, many students focus only on marks and memorization. My aim is to go beyond that. I want my students to understand concepts deeply, think independently, and develop confidence in their abilities.
I share my knowledge because I want to:
Help children overcome fear of studies
Build strong basics from an early stage
Create interest and curiosity in learning
Support each child according to their unique learning style
Guide them not just academically, but personally as well
I also strongly believe that a teacher plays a key role in shaping a child’s mindset. A little encouragement, patience, and the right teaching method can completely change a child’s confidence and performance.
Through Shantiniketan Academy, my goal is to create a safe and positive environment where children feel comfortable to ask questions, make mistakes, and grow.
I don’t just teach subjects—I help build confident, independent, and capable individuals.

I specialize in teaching students from Jr. KG to 8th standard (SSC, CBSE, ICSE, IGCSE) with a focus on making learning simple, clear, and enjoyable.
