I'm a patient person, with a huge amount of passion for teaching. I create my own materials and lesson plans, personally tailored to what my students need. I enjoy meeting with students, getting to know them and what their goals are. This builds a strong relationship, where learning is enjoyable and effective.

With a long-standing background in Primary Education, specialising in SEND, and Phonics and Early reading for 4-11 year olds, I recently decided to broaden my horizons and completed my Level 5 Diploma in Teaching English to foreign students. I have taught over 100 lessons since completing my Diploma one month ago - these are students of all ages, abilities (A1 - C2) and nationalities. For children, I have experience in teaching all levels of phonics, early reading and writing. For adults, I have experience in exam preparation, interviewing and conversational speaking for travelling. I currently offer 25 or 50 minute lessons.
