About Lorraine
I am a professional teacher, with 18 years mathematics teaching experience, 12 at high school and 6 at a TVET (technical vocational education) college. I am currently about to complete my masters degree in mathematics education.
I have taught a lot of students who have gone on to become professionals in their own careers.

I strive to make mathematics a bit easier to understand, focusing more on conceptual understanding and real-life, practical applications.
I speak Setswana and Sepedi well and a bit on Zulu and Isindebele so I am able to translate some information in those languages to enhance understanding for students who speak these languages.
I approach Mathematics as an integrated field and thrive to enable students to recognise the link between topics and not to regard mathematics topics as being disjointed.
I am passionate about making Mathematics interesting and understandable for students.
