Hi, I’m Sean. I am a patient, highly analytical educator with a profound passion for STEM. My academic foundation includes a Bachelor of Engineering (Electronic Systems) with First Class Honors and a Bachelor of Science (Computer Science). Professionally, I work as a Systems Engineer and AI Specialist, utilizing advanced mathematics, algorithmic design, and programming on a daily basis.

Beyond my technical credentials, I bring a wealth of practical, empathetic teaching experience. As a father of five whom I successfully homeschooled for four years and continued to tutor through their senior schooling, I know firsthand that true education requires immense patience, adaptability, and emotional intelligence. About the lesson

My approach to tutoring bridges empathetic mentorship with highly analytical problem-solving. Having successfully homeschooled my five children and guided them through their senior STEM coursework, I deeply understand how to adapt my teaching to different learning styles and cognitive paces. As an active Systems Engineer and AI Specialist with First-Class Honours in Engineering and a Computer Science degree, I don't just teach textbook theory—I connect complex syllabus concepts to real-world commercial applications to make learning genuinely exciting.

A typical lesson runs for 60 minutes. We begin with a quick recap to anchor previous concepts, move into interactive learning using shared digital whiteboards or live coding environments, and always finish with independent problem-solving to verify understanding. Rather than just handing over answers, I use a scaffolding approach—treating stumbling blocks like "debugging" a system. By asking guiding questions, I help students find the solution themselves, ensuring they learn how to think, not just what to memorize.

My lessons are primarily designed for upper high school (Years 11 and 12) and university students tackling advanced Mathematics, Physics, and Computer Science. However, I am equally passionate about working with younger students who want to build a rock-solid, anxiety-free foundation in STEM.
