About Sania
I’m a dedicated and approachable swimming coach who enjoys helping people discover their confidence in the water and make steady, meaningful progress. I’m patient, attentive, and committed to creating lessons where every swimmer feels comfortable, supported, and motivated to improve.
I understand that everyone learns differently, so I take the time to understand each swimmer’s abilities and goals before adapting my coaching accordingly. Whether you are learning to swim for the first time, returning to the pool, improving your technique, or working towards stronger performance, I bring encouragement, structure, and professionalism to every lesson.
For me, good coaching is not only about improving swimming ability—it is about helping swimmers feel safer, more confident, and proud of their progress.

My swimming lessons are built around one simple goal: helping every swimmer become more confident, capable, and comfortable in the water. I adapt my coaching to each person’s ability, learning style, and goals rather than using the same approach for everyone.
Lessons usually begin with a short warm-up and a review of previous progress. We then work on specific areas such as breathing, body position, floating, coordination, stroke technique, endurance, turns, or overall water confidence. I demonstrate each skill clearly, break it into manageable steps, and give practical feedback throughout the lesson. We finish by reviewing what has improved and identifying what to focus on next.
What sets me apart is my patient and encouraging approach. I believe swimmers learn best when they feel supported rather than pressured, so I create a positive environment where mistakes are treated as part of the learning process.
My lessons are suitable for children and adults, complete beginners, intermediate swimmers, advanced swimmers, and anyone looking to improve technique, confidence, fitness, or overall swimming ability.
