My name is John, and I am a South Indian chef based in North Carolina with more than nine years of experience in hotels and restaurants. I specialize in dosa, curries, biryani, and home-style Indian cooking. I enjoy teaching beginners and showing simple techniques that make cooking easy and enjoyable. My goal is to help you confidently prepare authentic South Indian dishes at home.

Perfect! I had my first meeting with John to talk through my goals and interests around Indian cooking. This was a great experience.
