About Emily
I have over 6 years of experience teaching singing and music to K-12 students, high school learners, and beginner college students across the USA through online one-to-one lessons. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Music Education, which has helped me develop strong teaching strategies tailored to young and beginner learners. Over the years, I have successfully trained students for school performances, competitions, and auditions, helping them build confidence and stage presence. I was honored with the “Emerging Music Educator Award” at a regional arts event for my contribution to student development. My teaching style is friendly, patient, and structured, ensuring that every student feels comfortable while achieving consistent improvement in their vocal and musical abilities.

I offer personalized online one-to-one live singing lessons for students from K-12, high school, and first-year college level, as well as learners of all ages who want to explore music. My teaching approach focuses on building strong vocal fundamentals while also encouraging creativity and confidence. During sessions, I guide students through breathing techniques, pitch control, vocal strength, and voice modulation while also introducing music theory and music reading in a practical and easy-to-understand manner. I help students explore songwriting and creative expression, along with basic piano understanding to enhance their musical skills. Whether you are preparing for school performances, choir participation, competitions, or simply want to improve your voice, I design each lesson according to your goals and comfort level so that you can progress confidently and enjoy the learning process.
