About Toni
I am a professional public speaker with over 13 years of experience. My background includes hosting my own media interview podcasts and cable programs. I have also served a keynote speaker and panel moderator on a number of topics. I am a visual artist and a published author.

I hold a MAED in adult learning theory and a BFA in communication arts. I am a published author and poet. I have been a podcast host for over 13 years. I also host a cable interview show which appears locally and on Youtube.
My teaching approach is customized to the student(s). A learning styles and multiple intelligences assessment enables me to design a comprehensive, personalized instructional plan.
I do incorporate fundamentals, such as vocabulary-building and pronunciation and improvisation.
Students are encouraged to set instructional goals which help the instructor (me) design a course of study which meets the needs of the learner(s). I strive, through an active exchange of ideas, to make the learning experience effective and enjoyable!
