I am a professional occupational therapist currently specializing in psychological issues and mental health issues. I work a lot with addictive behaviors, conflict management, and stress management. I practice in a private institution helping both children and adults of all ages.

I am a client centered therapist meaning I prioritize individual problems. Each student is unique and has their unique problem therefore cannot be painted with the same brush as other students. Before any lesson I try to build an IPR( interpersonal relationship) with my students, which allows me to understand them better as a person first before getting into their struggles or problems. After which I implement interventions based on the students unique problem be it stress management, anger issues or anything affecting their wellbeing.
