About Reuben
I am a Mathematics tutor with 5 years of experience and an MSc in Mathematics. I have taught over 200 students from secondary school through to undergraduate level. My lessons cover algebra, calculus, statistics, geometry, trigonometry, and pure mathematics. I am passionate about developing genuine mathematical confidence in every student. My Math lessons are structured to build genuine conceptual understanding and reliable problem-solving ability progressively in every single session. Every session begins with a targeted review of previous material to confirm understanding before progressing. New concepts are explained using multiple approaches to find the method each student understands most clearly. Calculus develops differentiation and integration from first principles through to full applied problem solving. Algebra builds robust equation solving skills and deep algebraic reasoning. Statistics is taught with genuine conceptual understanding and real data application. Pure mathematics topics are approached with appropriate rigor alongside clear intuitive motivation. Past examination questions are integrated throughout every lesson. Clear notes and graduated practice problems are provided after every session. My commitment is for every student to approach any Math problem with genuine confidence.
