About Sarah

Initially drawn to teaching math, I found my true calling in interior design, blending my love for creativity with a passion for mentorship. With over 10 years as a professional in this dynamic field, I've embraced the challenges and rewards that come with it. My aim is to share these insights, guiding students through the complexities of design and professional growth.

Beyond my professional life, I'm deeply engaged in music, painting, and outdoor activities, which enrich my approach to both design and teaching.

Additionally, I offer strategic insights for navigating challenging workplace dynamics, including managing difficult supervisors and collaborating within dysfunctional teams.

My diverse portfolio spans multiple sectors, including workplace design, high-rise residential projects, healthcare, education, and lighting consulting. With professional experience in Chicago, Portland, and Boston, I bring a comprehensive understanding of the varied challenges designers encounter in their pursuit of success.
