About Sarah
I have been tutoring for most of my life! I started with tutoring my younger siblings in algebra and geometry. I have always had a natural knowledge when it came to math and science.
I attended Baylor University and pursed my dream of becoming a Mechanical Engineer. I loved math so much that I also decided to add a Minor in Mathematics onto my degree. During my time here, I was a teaching assistant for professors within the engineering department. I hosted office hours and live question and test prep sessions for freshman and sophomore engineering students.
I also have worked with students and professionals on career development and interview preparation.

As a tutor I am incredibly patient. I have experience as a tutor in math and engineering subject matters in the past, so I have seen all avenues/paths students have taken to achieve the right answer. I am a firm believer that learning should be fun and I try to bring that energy into my teaching and tutoring.
I tutor a vast variety of ages! Due to my degree level, I am most helpful for high school and college students. I enjoy creating lesson plans and drafting up college prep tests and AP/SAT Preparation.
After school/work hours work best for me and I am also available on the weekends!
