About Iris
I am an enthusiastic ESL tutor with 16 years of experience teaching high school and college students. My goal is to make learning English simple, clear, and effective. I have taught between 150 and 200 students, helping them improve their grammar, vocabulary, and communication skills.
This experience has helped me understand student challenges and guide them in the best way. A major milestone in my journey is seeing students gain confidence in speaking and writing English. Many of them have shown great improvement in exams and daily communication.
My teaching style is interactive and student-friendly, with a focus on practice and understanding. I encourage students to stay motivated and believe in their abilities. I am committed to helping students grow and succeed in English.

My teaching style for ESL is based on making learning practical, interactive, and meaningful. I use real-life examples and case studies to help students understand how English is used in everyday situations.
This makes lessons more engaging and useful. I motivate students by encouraging them and creating a friendly environment where they feel comfortable to speak.
I include problem-solving activities such as role-plays, discussions, and real-life exercises that improve both fluency and confidence. I teach with integrity by giving honest feedback and guiding students clearly.
I also maintain flexibility by adapting my teaching methods based on each student’s level and progress. In addition to ESL, I teach grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and communication skills.
