About Staci
I have been teaching fully online full-time since 2016 -- way before COVID made it cool! I have equipment and software that allows me to share screen and write on the screen in order to present work and solutions in mathematics. I have teaching and tutoring experience in algebra, geometry, statistics, precalculus, trigonometry, and calculus.

I will break ideas down so that you can fully understand the way the mathematical concepts connect to each other. Many students are used to approaching mathematics as a set of recipes that you memorize to solve specific problems that you've seen before. That is the worst way to learn math! It is better to think of math as a set of tools in a toolbox that you can use to build solutions to problems, even if you've never seen that particular problem before. This is why many problems have multiple solutions. Sometimes you can use a different tool than someone else but both of you are still able to create a working solution.
