About Ruchi
I am a professional educational therapist, health and wellness coach and a yoga and dance teacher. I tutor kids in all subject areas as an ed therapist. For health and wellness I serve as a coach and also lead workshops and seminars. Finally, I teach vinyasa/hatha yoga and dance that is Indian based Bhangra fusion or Belly/Bolly fusion

My teaching method uses the principles of positive psychology to identify client's areas of strengths to work on their soft spots. I also use mindfulness exercises and a combination of Dialectical Behavioral Strategies and Solution focused therapy to achieve client goals
