My goal is to bring out the critical thinker in my students through problem solving. My general approach is to build student confidence by providing them with the appropriate tools for problem solving, challenge them, and help them achieve mini-goals.
A typical lesson would first involve a discussion to understand the areas of improvement. We would then do a walk-through of the basic principles, example problems, and some fringe cases.
Currently I am teaching grades 1 to 8 but I am open to teaching high school math and science.
