About Lívia

I am a professional teacher, choreographer, and dancer with a professional registration (DRT) in Urban Dances, but I work in various areas where I have experienced throughout my career.
I've been dancing since childhood and worked as profissional since I was 16, always seeking knowledge, improving my technique, teaching methods, and methodology!
I am also an academic in Physical Education, which I believe that brings a better understanding of anatomy and movement, essential knowledge for a dance professional.

About the lesson

Dance is the art that allows us to express ourselves beyond words; it is movement, rhythm, and above all, feeling!
The classes focus on well-being and self-confidence without neglecting technique.
They are suitable for all ages and skill levels, depending on the type of activity.
I work with the following modalities and age range:

Urban Dances (BEGINNER/INTERMEDIATE: From 5 years old)
Heels (BEGINNER/INTERMEDIATE: From 18 to 60 years old)
- Jazz Funk (BEGINNER/INTERMEDIATE: From 15 to 70 years old)
Ballroom Dancing (BEGINNER: 15 years and older)
- Forró (BEGINNER: 15 years and older)
- Samba on Foot (BEGINNER: From 15 years old)
K-Pop (BEGINNER/ INTERMEDIATE/ ADVANCED: From 9 years old)
