About Nokuzola
I am a graduate in professional cooking and I have since been getting to experience different cooking styles but keeping in mind my acquired knowledge of cooking healthy food that is correctly prepared and still holds the required nutrients. I am always eager to share my knowledge on the aspects of cooking that most people have questions on, with that being said, I will be able to share with you my passion for cooking through knowledge sharing as well as allowing all the questions to ensure that you learn and keep that knowledge for future use or even classroom assessments

I have the ability to equip students with the correct theoretical aspect of cooking that will assure you a perfect end product. I will arrange lessons based on different dishes in their respective categories such as soups, starch, vegetables, meat and sauces, herbs and spices pastry etc, prior to that I will be teaching basic kitchen and cooking knowledge such as different kinds of utensils, cleanliness, terms used in cooking. With every lesson I will provide notes and pictures
