About Jack
I am a professional composer and guitarist with a degree in Contemporary Writing and Production from Berklee College of Music. I have experience playing guitar on recording sessions and writing music for advertisements and content creators. In total, I have been playing guitar for fourteen years and am also competent in playing bass guitar as well as piano.

I base my lessons on what each student wants to learn and give them the tools to reach their goals. We will study the guitar as casually or in depth as the student wants. I believe giving students a strong understanding of the guitar and how it works is very necessary. I will teach students how to develop this level of understanding of the guitar through the songs they want to learn.

For guitar lessons over zoom I charge $45 per hour. If you'd like to take lessons in person in Portland, Oregon. I can travel to you for an extra $5 as a travel fee.
