About Gabriela
Hey, there! if you're interested in learning Brazilian Portuguese without getting bored nor falling asleep during the classes, I'M YOUR PERSON!
I am a Brazilian Portuguese teacher with a 16-year experience in preparing people for the most diverse experiences. I've been teaching online for the past 4 years. I have taught and prepared more than 100 people through an online methodology developed by me.
With expertise in teaching methodologies, I'm able to adapt the classes according to the student's needs and specific learning characteristics.

During my classes, I focus on making students comfortable with the language without being in a comfort zone. During the first class, we set our goals together and find the best way to achieve them.
New vocabulary and structures are presented as we study using different tools, such as news, texts, conversation, images, slides, videos, and podcasts.
The main goal is meaningful learning, therefore, I create experiences that students can relate to; from job interview simulations to travel situations (hotel, airport, immigration).
I also offer students an online classroom service (Google Classroom) with extra activities and links to blogs, videos and etc.
