About Brayan
I am a professional biologist recently graduated from the Universidad de los Andes in Bogotá. I focus all my studies on environmental conservation and ecology, population genetics, and environmental stewardship and management. I have seldom taught classes to college students and a few times to individuals at the university. However, my whole family is a teacher so I have several ideas about pedagogy in general.

My methodology is focused on the tastes and prior knowledge of the student, since all people have different abilities, tastes and ways of learning. I dictate the general theory of the topic to be treated and then focus on activities that put into practice the previous and learned knowledge. I try to provide the student with ideas to internalize the subject from their own experience and what they want to be and learn in the future, taking into account what is completely necessary for success in the institution in which they are.
