About Laurita

Classes are goal-oriented. Structure is provided to make the most of class time, and to help students achieve set goals while being able to enjoy themselves dancing and learning. Discipline and consistency are highly encouraged through routines for the students to practice on their own.

About the lesson

Bellydance is based on movement that is easy on the body and therefore, appropriate for all ages and body types. I teach my students to connect to the movement and acknowledge their own body as they also learn dance technique, in this way, making learning more organic and tailored to learning pace and physical ability of each individual.
