About Scarlett
My name's Scarlett I'm an actor, theatre maker, writer & facilitator born & based in Dalston, London. I trained at Mountview for my foundation & studied classical theatre (Shakespeare, his contemporaries & the comedies of the 17th century) at LAMDA. Since graduating I've performed at Shakespeare's Globe, Almeida Theatre, Arcola Theatre & the Roundhouse among others. My teaching & facilitation experience includes teaching over 90 students between the ages of 6 & 18 at Arcola Youth Theatre & have also taught with Masterclass at the Theatre Royal Haymarket & with Mousetrap Theatre Company. I trained with the Hackney Health Integration Team to support children with learning & physical differences & am confident in tailoring classes to each individual student & providing a custom learning plan for everyone.

Want to improve your confidence, knowledge & experience as a performer, writer or public speaker? Interested in theatre & the performing arts? Getting ready to apply to drama school? Then let's make some theatre together! I've been working in the theatre industry for a decade & have performed in shows at Shakespeare's Globe, Almeida Theatre & Arcola Theatre among others. I also work as a writer, facilitator & teacher, supporting a wide range of artists from cool kids in school who want to explore a passion for acting to early career creatives looking to further develop their skill set. Previous facilitation includes Masterclass for Theatre Royal Haymarket, Mousetrap Youth Theatre Company & Arcola Youth Theatre. I can offer in-person workshops at my private rehearsal studio in Dalston or online coaching. I'm flexible & can tailor classes to specific students providing a unique & bespoke experience so every student can get the most out of our time together. Happy to answer any questions you might have & to create a bespoke learning plan for you
