About Agatha

I am a passionate and experienced instructor with a background in competitive rhythmic gymnastics and circus arts. My teaching experience spans various age groups, from young children to adults, both online and face-to-face. I specialize in active and passive flexibility, providing personalized lessons that progress from basic to complex movements.
