About Lieke
I'm currently doing my master mathematics - computer science teacher. Apart from that, I've been tutoring quite a while. Up till now, I've only taught pupils face-to-face. Since I am currently in Germany for my master I switched to digital tutoring.

In my way of teaching, I start by covering the curriculum together with the pupil. We have a look at the parts that he/she didn't quite understand and I answer questions he/she is struggling with. Then we will cover some exercises to see if the pupil understood the curriculum. My main goal is to give the pupil a lot of self-confidence in their mathematics. In my opinion, this has, especially in the long term, more effect on the results.
