About Floriane

Yoga adept for several years, it's when I decided to move to Australia that yoga start to take a significant place in my life. I stayed for several months in an ashram near Perth, where I had the chance to practice yoga daily, to dive deeply into the philosophy of yoga and to familiarize myself with some spiritual and ayurvedic practices. I have since incorporated these notions into my daily life and it has had an incredibly positive influence on my life.

Then, I went to South America to undertake a yoga teacher training in Per. (200 hours Vinyasa and Hatha yoga, certified by Yoga Alliance International.) I am now back in Switzerland and I have started a training course leading to the federal diploma of Ayurveda therapist.

Ayurveda is a very ancient science that was created by the sages of ancient India. Ayurveda allows us to be in perfect health, to maintain an impeccable lifestyle, to maintain or reach our ideal weight, and to achieve our life goals, whatever they may be.

Yoga and Ayurveda are inseparable and tangled in a common goal: A healthy mind in a healthy body. Let us get to know our body and the information it transmits to us, to become our own healer.

About the lesson

Yoga means union: Union between heart, body, and mind. It is the art of learning to move the body consciously and to connect with ourselves. I invite my students to become more attentive to their own bodies. I am convinced that we are ourselves our best teacher. I am here to guide you, to assist you and to help you to deepen your practice.

Flo is an amazing teacher, before I came to her class I was angry and broken, had no inner peace, and couldn’t hold a pose unless by pose you meant ice cream sandwich. Now I am delightful ray of sunshine and have aligned all my chakras and it’s thanks to Flo. Seriously though she is an amazing teacher with amazing energy and amazing technical knowledge and skill. Did I mention amazing? I don’t feel I said that enough. Amazing!
