About Sophie
Hey y'all! My name is Sophie and I am a lover of languages. I graduated with a double teaching and Spanish degree from college a few years back and I've been working as a private Spanish tutor ever since. I am a language learner myself! Right now, I speak English, Spanish, and French! I love to laugh and I firmly believe that learning should be something you look forward to.

My classes are all about YOU and your goals! In one-hour settings, I will guide you through Spanish grammar through interactions and lesson plans that are IMMEDIATELY useful to you. I prioritize getting my students comfortable speaking quickly and we go from there! I work in current events, basic vocabulary, even pop songs into my lessons! I have worked with beginners and also with very advanced students preparing for exams. My students have skipped grades in school, have been promoted at work, and have been able to integrate Spanish fully into their lifestyles. If you have a specific focus for Spanish learning, like speaking with family or using it in the workplace, let me know and I will craft my classes to meet your needs.
