About Dima
I have a masters degree in mathematics from a top 100 mathematics department. Teaching and learning math is my main passion, so I teach privately while I'm working on my PhD.
I'm familiar with many applications of mathematics such as machine learning and actuarial work, so much of my teaching is grounded in modern applications of math.
I professionally typeset all I write, so you won't see any shaky handwriting during our studies and will have nicely prepared material to return to.

I teach online one on one (unless you want to bring someone for course). I approach each student individually, for example prepare personalized high quality typed material as needed or record tutorials.
I have experience working with all types of students, so whether you are struggling or a honors student I will find an approach that suits you best.
I mostly focus on college and grad school math courses, such as the usual algebra and calculus and more advanced stuff such as real analysis, topology, mechanics, differential equations, all sorts of advanced algebra, combinatorics, and so on.
