About Isabelle
Hi! I am a psychology honours graduate from the University of Sydney, and I graduated from a selective high school in 2019. Patient, personable and passionate about teaching children, I am offering tutoring services for K-6 English, both one-on-one and in a group setting.

Although I typically guide students through a workbook and provide additional homework, I aim to make my lesson plans flexible so that they are tailored to the learning needs of the student.
The first lesson is free and involves an assessment of the student's academic performance. Based on this assessment, I then purchase a workbook that is suited to the student's learning needs. This does not require any additional payment from parents. Afterwards, each lesson focuses on guiding students through a series of questions in the workbook. Students are also provided homework, and this either consists of additional workbook questions or worksheets that have been made by professional teaching organisations or myself.
If students need help with a particular topic in the workbook, then I can bring additional material so that we can spend more time studying the topic. Students can also opt to dedicate lessons towards upcoming assignments or exams. Finally, I am able to help students with school or tutoring homework.

Details
The rates above apply to one-on-one tutoring. Rates for lessons with 2+ students are $25/hr for in-person lessons, and $20/hr for online lessons.
I am currently available on Sundays (12:00PM - 1:30PM; 3:00PM - 8:00PM). If you would like the lessons to occur on a different day, then please feel free to contact me, and I will try my best to accommodate your schedule. However, I may be unable to do this due to other commitments.
